Empowering 18,000 employees to create happier, healthier lives

When global flavour house Givaudan defined their company purpose, they turned to Co:cubed to turn it into an everyday reality across their global employee population through multiple languages, cultures and work positions.
BACK STORY
Every day, Givaudan’s creations inspire emotions and touch millions of lives. By becoming a purpose-led company, they wanted to go even further in making the world a happier, healthier place. To deliver on this purpose, Givaudan set ambitious goals in four areas: Creations, Nature, People and Communities. They engaged Co:cubed to educate employees on these four areas and inspire action and impact to be a successful, sustainable company.
SOLUTION
A company’s purpose can be an elusive concept, so our employee engagement team developed a brand and identity under the name “Imagine”. Imagine was the vehicle for activations across the year. This involved global events “Imagine Live”, run at three separate time zones and engaging colleagues from across the whole organisation. Co:cubed helped to set up a community of changemakers called “Imagine Ambassadors”. To turn inspiration into impact, Co:cubed also launched “Imagin8”, a social innovation accelerator, which was piloted in the APAC region and currently being scaled across multiple regions.
RESULTS
We ran 5 Imagine Live events across 3 time-zones, actively engaging an average of 4,800 employees per session around the four ambitions of Givaudan’s purpose. Imagin8 successfully launched in APAC and has since gone on to run in Spain, Brazil and North America. We also supported Givaudan to launch their inaugural “Givaudan Awards”, which celebrated winning solutions that were developed during the Imagine programme.
